Use the peri bottle every time you pee until you’re feeling OK again down there (best used for at least a week or 2 we think!)
Fill the bottle with warm water (or cold if that is your preference). Extend the spout right out and ensure it is secure. Turn the peribottle upside down and aim towards your perineal area. Spray by gently squeezing the bottle and then release urine. Keep squeezing until you have stopped urinating
